Top 6 Black Hat Hackers In The World

There are two types of hijackers. First of all the good hackers are known as "white hackers" and the other one we will talk about today is called the "black hat". In this article, we will talk about six famous black hat hackers and their hacks that make them famous or wanted.

George Hotz

Young and talented and what is the most important young person bored, George Hotz wanted to have fun one summer night and as a result broke into the Sony Iphone company. It happened in June 2007, when George was 17 years old. It was a bit of a challenge, because how to hack a device with useful tools? The secret is to find a way to “talk to the machine”. He also revealed that what he did was completely legal. It seems that people can be dangerous in some way when they are lonely. Who knows what could happen if a crazy geek will find your way to its ideas.

Kevin Mitnick

Kevin Mitnick is well-known as the most wanted computer criminal in the United States. He was in high school when he started robbing. For several years he robbed a number of companies. What is interesting is that in those "services" he was finally arrested in 1995 in his apartment for robbery. Kevin also spent 5 years in prison, yet despite his experience running his own security company called Mitnick Security Consulting. On the other side of the coin, however, Mitnick has published a book called "Ghost in Wires", about his ups and downs, his victories and his crushing. He shared that all the robbery was like climbing a mountain and reaching Everest. This is another proof of how talent has gone, out of boredom.

Adrian Lamo

Adrian has been called the 21st century's most active and controversial criminal. That is a very commendable situation. He was famous for breaking into high-tech computer networks. Lamo may use his gift to help people negotiate, in fact, what he is doing, but as different and compromising. Like many others, he was arrested in 2003 and had to write a cybercrime on the computer.

Gary McKinnon

McKinnon's "black hat" entered 97 United States and NASA military computers. He could be a major threat to the government. The Glasgow-born McKinnon wanted the truth to manifest itself. In March 2002 Gary was arrested by the police. The "black hat" used his robbery skills to "research" his beliefs and the evidence of UFOs an infinite source of power, on US government computers. He did not do so out of boredom, but out of curiosity and thirst for hidden information. Maybe this cybercrime is serious, but it is forgiven. One could not break into a computer program because it was boring or to prove something, we did not want the truth beyond that.

Jonathan James

Jonathan James' story is sad, yet his life can be compared to a comet - short, but bright. In 1999 a 15-year-old boy joined the Bellsouth and Miami-Dade school network. Jonathan James destroyed NASA Systems, costing $ 41,000 to repair systems. Clearly, he did much damage. Stealing software from NASA worth $ 1.7 Million is a major computer crime. He did not seek knowledge or justice, he sought money ... As they say, never speak ill of the dead. Jonathan James was sentenced to six months in prison and banned from using the computer, but that did not stop him from committing suicide.

Kevin Poulsen

These talented “Cyber-terrorists” can do a great job and almost ruin his career. It seems that the striker loves contracts and his life shows it well. He joined the US Department of Defense's Arpanet. However, he later served as a Pentagon computer security adviser. Kevin later robbed the FBI, after which he hijacked a telephone line at a Los Angeles radio station… Poulsen's life reminded Americans of his return ... He was certainly wanted by FRI and eventually arrested. Despite an exciting past, Kevin is a law-abiding citizen and holds several awards at the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences.
